Your custom quote is all inclusive and includes professional barista service, unlimited drinks during service, set up, breakdown, travel, and taxes. Every quote is tailored to your event size, duration and service needs.

In order to provide a smooth service on event day, the venue must be/provide:
Handicap accessible, since our cart it on wheels.
Dedicated power circuit (minimum of 15 amps) with at least two power outlets. Due to the commercial machines, the cart must have it’s own circuit that cannot be shared with other vendors.
6 feet by 6 feet of space to set up the cart.
Outdoor requirements may differ and will be discussed based on the venue and season.
We’ll provide everything else!

Yes! Currently, we exclusively serve at private events such as corporate gatherings, weddings, baby showers, birthdays and other hosted celebrations.

We do! We offer corporate and recurring service packages for offices, residential communities, and ongoing events. Please reach out to discuss availability and custom pricing.

Absolutely! We love customizing our cart to fit your event. We offer branded cups, signage, and menu options at an additional cost.
Keep in mind that customized packages will require 2-4 weeks of notice due to ordering supplies and lead times.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For spring and fall weddings, dates can fill 8–10 weeks out so the earlier the better.

Yes, with some conditions. Outdoor setups depend on the season and venue setup. We'll discuss specifics during the booking process to make sure everything runs smoothly.

We don't have a strict minimum, but our pricing is best suited for events of 25 guests or more. Reach out and we'll find the right fit for your event.

Our barista can serve approximately 30–40 drinks per hour. For larger events we recommend discussing service time to ensure every guest is taken care of.
